Why I chose UCLA: I chose UCLA to broaden my regional skills, particularly with peripheral nerve catheters. I was drawn to the supportive faculty and balanced environment with time in the OR and time performing blocks. Additionally, Los Angeles is an exciting city to be in with so much to explore outside of the hospital.

I’m a Michigan native and spent several years in Denver, CO for my residency. I spend my free time surfing, walking my dog Mila, chowing down on some street tacos, exploring SoCal, and tending to my houseplants.
