Available Positions

The laboratory currently has opportunities for trainees at several levels:

1. A funded position now is open for a doctoral graduate student with background in bioengineering, engineering, physics, or mathematics. This research will involve image analysis, material characterization, and computational simulations.
2. Unfunded positions are available for medical students during their Discovery Years. This research will involve optical imaging of human volunteers, image analysis, and assistance with ocular tissue material characterization.
3. Unfunded positions are available for undergraduate students, with preference for those with computer, physics, and engineering backgrounds.
4. Unfunded positions are available for visiting scientists on sabbatical, and post-doctoral research fellows who have completed doctoral degrees.
