UCLA Geriatric Medicine Fellowship is one of the oldest, largest and most successful Geriatric Medicine Fellowships in the United States. We have had fellows training in Geriatrics since the early 1980’s, and we routinely train up to 12 fellows each year. As a consequence, we have over 300 alumni of our fellowship, most of whom are still active in their careers and who form a supportive network for our trainees, happy to offer advice or assistance when looking for jobs. Our alumni are busy with careers in research, clinical medicine, academic medicine, government, advocacy, higher education and business.
