Duties and Responsibilities

Specific Duties of Postdoctoral Residents

The UCLA Health Med-Peds Clinical/Counseling Psychology Postdoctoral Resident will be registered as a Psychological Associate with the CA Board of Psychology for the course of their 12-month training year. 

The Resident’s time each week will be comprised of 40 hours of scheduled activities (Note: these hours do not include outside time spent on documenting clinical encounters or commuting). These scheduled activities will be divided into the following psychological activities that are intended to prepare the Resident for the independent practice of psychology once they are licensed professionals.
