Intra-operative Consultation

Intraoperative consultation is an important component of surgical pathology. In each of our surgical sites, faculty, residents, fellows and staff work as a team to provide rapid frozen-section processing and histological interpretation to guide clinical decision-making at the time of surgery. This service is staffed during regular hours and provided on an on-call basis during after hours, weekends and holidays.
