Payroll Time Reporting for Staff (Non-Academic) Employees

The DGSOM/FPG HBS Time Suite and DGSOM/FPG HBS Web Clock links are available at www.mednet.ucla.edu. Due to federal and state labor laws, it is necessary that the University of California track the work hours of non-exempt employees. The HBS Web Clock is for non-exempt (biweekly) employees to clock in and clock out from their scheduled work shift. Exempt (monthly) employees use on ly the Time Suite. All users use the Time Suite to monitor leave accruals and complete timesheets at the end of their respective pay periods. Your supervisor reviews and approves your timesheet once you have completed it.
