Submit a Service Now Request

Submit ALL computing requests (service, incident, acquisition) via ServiceNow(Link is external) (Link opens in new window).
Log in using your AD username and password.
Click "Create IT Service Request" to prepare and submit your request.
This is a 24-hour service center, meaning your request should be handled as soon as possible.
If needed, you can also submit your request by email (Link opens in new window) or phone 310-267-CARE(2273).
