For over 60 years, we have trained medical students, residents, and fellows in both cosmetic and reconstructive surgery, offering hands-on experience and comprehensive didactic learning.
Medical student programs
- MSIII Clerkship: Introduces third-year medical students to the complex management of plastic surgery patients.
- MSIV Sub-Internship: Provides in-depth exposure for fourth-year medical students, aiding their decision to pursue a surgical residency in plastic surgery.
Residency program
- Integrated Plastic Surgery Residency Program: Covers general surgical disciplines and plastic surgery subspecialties over six years, culminating in chief-level responsibility.
Fellowship programs
- Craniofacial Surgery Fellowship: Provides in-depth, practical expertise in the management and surgical correction of facial deformities.
- Facial Gender-Affirming Surgery Fellowship: Emphasizes gender-affirming facial reconstruction, covering craniofacial surgical principles and facial aesthetic principles.
- Hand Surgery Fellowship: Provides extensive experience in diagnosing, treating, and rehabilitating hand injuries and disorders.
- Microsurgery Fellowship: Focuses on microvascular free-flap breast reconstruction, offering hands-on experience with up to 200 free flaps per year.
