The Visiting Elective Scholars Program (VESP) in Vascular Surgery program was created to encourage fourth year medical students from backgrounds underrepresented in medicine to apply to do a clinical elective on the inpatient Vascular Surgery service at Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center. The program will be offered to several eligible students in the summer/early fall of the academic year to explore an interest in academic Vascular Surgery.
