Council (PFAC)
The purpose of the Council is to facilitate superior patient- and family-centered care by establishing partnerships between patients/families/friends and the administration and staff of the Resnick Neuropsychiatric Hospital (RNPH) and Neuropsychiatric Behavioral Health Services (NPBHS) through education, feedback and policy and program recommendations. Members of the Council work together to identify goals and collaborate on projects.

With the collaboration of the RNPH and Neuropsychiatric Behavioral Health Services Patient Family Advisory Council (PFAC), the HOPE identity was created in 2017, which stands for Helping Our Patients Everyday.The purpose of the HOPE identity is to instill a message of hope in our patients and families. The graphic is designed to connect the idea that we are all on this journey together. The HOPE posters are located in the Resnick Hospital and outpatient practices.
