Nurse Leadership Program

The purpose of this program is to provide mid-level nursing managers the skills and tools to lead a nursing workforce successfully. Introduction to topics such as clinical outcomes, patient satisfaction, and staffing will be provided.

Advanced Nurse Leadership Program

The purpose of this program is to provide senior nursing managers a framework for managing system-level changes, managing large scale safety and quality initiatives, and collaborating with healthcare professionals across the care continuum.
