Support for UCLA Health Providers and Staff
Our intranet site provides a comprehensive range of resources that are designed to support our Gender Health Program care team, including CareConnect smart phrases, a physician referral guide, our available services, community resources for patients, and research tools. It is available to all our UCLA Health colleagues to help support trans and gender-expansive patients across our health system. Please reach out to our Care Coordination Team for assistance with any of these resources, for information on available training in gender health topics, or if you’re interested in becoming part of the Gender Health Program.
