Multifetal Gestation: Twin Vaginal Delivery Service

UCLA Obstetrics and Gynecology specializes in the care of complex multi-fetal gestations, including twins and higher order multiples. Our expert obstetricians and maternal-fetal medicine subspecialists work together cohesively to ensure the health of our patients and their fetuses, utilizing state-of-the-art ultrasound equipment and techniques as medically indicated.

Our twin vaginal delivery service members screen patients, in conjunction with our general obstetrics service, to determine which patients are the most appropriate candidates for vaginal delivery, particularly when a breech extraction of Twin B is anticipated.
