Find your care
We care for patients with cerebral palsy in all life stages. To learn more about cerebral palsy treatment at UCLA Health, call 424-259-6593.
The UCLA Center for Cerebral Palsy is dedicated to educating professionals in the most up-to-date assessment and treatment approaches and tools for people with cerebral palsy. Our mission also includes educating consumers on available treatment options for people with cerebral palsy. We continue to train physicians and other health care providers in our inter-disciplinary lifespan clinic.
Consumer Education
Our Family Forum is one way we provide information on current ideas in the medical management of cerebral palsy to people with cerebral palsy, their families and caretakers. Due to COVID-19 restrictions on large gatherings, our Family Forum events have been placed on hold. Please check back with us later for more information.
If you would like to be informed of future consumer education events when they become available, please email [email protected] to be placed on our mailing list.
International Outreach
In partnership with UCP Wheels for Humanity, the Center is improving the level of rehabilitation services provided in developing countries. Funded by USAID, the projects are aimed at health care providers, community health workers and consumers. The Center’s Clinical Coordinator Marcia Greenberg MS, PT has traveled to El Salvador and Ukraine to train therapists in using evidence-based medicine in the treatment of children and adults with neurological disabilities.
This program trained over 400 physical therapists in El Salvador and Ukraine and provided state-of-the art physical therapy to over 200 children and adults with neurological injuries in those countries.
If you would like more information about any of the Center’s educational programs please email us at [email protected] or call 310-825-5858.
