Clinic Overview
The Cognitive Behavioral Therapy Clinic provides evidence-based structural therapy for pervasive depressed, mood, and excessive, or disproportionate anxiety. Treatments are individual one-on-one or in a small group setting. We provide our patients with necessary skills and tools to develop adaptive habits that alleviate stress and reduce suffering.

We work with adults between ages 18-64 years old.
