The UCLA Health Patient Education Center (PEC) offers a comprehensive video library of short and engaging videos tailored to your specific condition and/or procedure. These videos can be assigned by your provider or accessible through your myUCLAhealth account.
What is the Patient Education Center?
The UCLA Health Patient Education Center (PEC) is a free interactive online resource that can be accessed through your myUCLAhealth account or MyChart App on a smart device or computer. The short micro-learning videos available on the PEC are aimed to help you prepare for an upcoming procedure or manage your chronic condition. You can easily access the PEC on your own device as many times as you like to hear from your care team or patients just like you.

How does it work?
You will receive a MyChart message letting you know that your provider has assigned specific video education for you to watch. Follow the instructions in the email and log in through your myUCLAhealth account to access the videos. Watch as many times as you’d like! You may also receive a quick survey allowing you to provide feedback to your UCLA Health care team.
