Support Groups

A support group is a group of people with common experiences or concerns who provide each other with encouragement, comfort, and advice. The CORE Kidney Program will hold quarterly support group meets for patients of different disease states.

Join us! We will provide a safe environment for you to come, share your experiences, and be an example for others.
