As a UCLA Executive Physical client, you have access to the premier physicians and state-of-the-art services available at Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center, ranked by U.S. News & World Report as the leading hospital in the western United States for over 20 years. Depending on your needs and desires, appropriate specialty consultations can be planned to take place during your visit to UCLA.

Our CHP Liaisons take care of any and all logistical needs related to your appointment at UCLA. Liaisons will assist you in the scheduling of your Executive Physical consisting of appointments your doctor recommends after reviewing the comprehensive health questionnaire that you will complete upon scheduling. On the day of your physical, a Liaison will personally escort you to all of your consultations and tests, and will assist you with any travel, transportation or other needs that may arise during your stay.
