New Fitness Center Program

UCLA Health Sound Body Sound Mind directly addresses the lack of fitness equipment in schools by providing state-of-the-art, custom fitness centers for middle schools and high schools. We work individually with schools to select a specialized mix of equipment to align with the goals of their physical education department and the needs of their students. From full spin rooms, to weight equipment and cardio equipment mixes, UCLA Health Sound Body Sound Mind is able to transform and enhance physical education by providing resources previously unavailable at most schools. 

Our new fitness center program provides up to $50,000 for state-of-the-art exercise equipment for high school fitness centers and up to $40,000 for middle school fitness centers. With corresponding professional development and the Sound Body Sound Mind curriculums, the New Fitness Center Program is a comprehensive physical education package for middle schools and high schools.
