Tuna Salad Sandwiches

Ingredients:
- 2 5-ounce cans white albacore tuna in water, drained
- 1 celery stalk, minced
- 1 tablespoon red onion, minced
- ⅓ cup 2% Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1 tablespoon sweet relish or 1 dill pickle, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- White bread of choice
Instructions:
- Stir together yogurt, lemon juice, celery, onion, and mustard until well combined.
- Add drained tuna and stir until well combined.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve on its own, in a sandwich, or on toast.
