Tuna Salad Sandwiches

Ingredients:

  • 2 5-ounce cans white albacore tuna in water, drained
  • 1 celery stalk, minced
  • 1 tablespoon red onion, minced
  • ⅓ cup 2% Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon sweet relish or 1 dill pickle, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • White bread of choice

Instructions:

  1. Stir together yogurt, lemon juice, celery, onion, and mustard until well combined.
  2. Add drained tuna and stir until well combined.
  3. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Serve on its own, in a sandwich, or on toast.
