October marks the start of Halloween season and also the beginning of the  UCLA Health Jonsson Comprehensive Cancer Center Foundation's Make Cancer Less Scary™ campaign. With research that led to 18 FDA approvals since 2014 for new, less-toxic, more effective cancer protocols and treatments, the UCLA Health Jonsson Comprehensive Cancer Center is making hearing the words "You have cancer" less scary, and is bringing renewed optimism to patients and families facing all types of cancer.
