Surgical Anatomy Lab

Throughout the year, residents regularly participate in practical anatomy labs. These sessions often comprise the third hour of weekly teaching conferences (9 – 10AM) and allow faculty to share their knowledge in a high fidelity, low-stress environment. Faculty from a variety of divisions, including liver transplant, trauma, vascular surgery, and surgical oncology (to name a few), commonly join, coaching residents through the steps of procedures and complex operations.
