Skull Base Tumors 

Skull base tumors form under your brain and in the bottom part of the skull. This area includes thick bony structures that protect nerves and major blood vessels. Using advanced technology such as stereotactic radiosurgery, we treat tumors previously thought to be inoperable.

Brain Metastases

A metastatic brain tumor begins as a cancer elsewhere in your body and spreads to your brain. UCLA offers treatments for brain metastases that are not widely available, including laser ablation therapy.

Meningiomas

A meningioma is a tumor that forms in the layer of tissue covering your brain and spine (the meninges). Meningiomas grow slowly, but can become quite large over time. Neurofibromatosis Type 2 and Schwannomatosis

Neurofibromatosis type 2 (NF2) is a genetic condition caused by a mutation of the NF2 gene predisposing to benign tumor development in the brain, spinal cord and peripheral nerves.
