Wondering How to Relieve Hip Pain?

Join EXOS Performance Specialist Evan to in a series of guided videos to increase flexibility, improve balance, and decrease pain in your hips and low back. We will explore commonly sore areas of the body and guide you through soft tissue, mobilization, and stability exercises and stretches for hip pain. As you work on each area in your body, we recommend following the three videos in sequential order: soft tissue, hip mobility exercises, then activation. Each video can also stand alone if you feel you need some extra love and care within each method.

Hip & Low Back Pain Management

Soft Tissue - Hips & Low Back

Recommended equipment: foam roller, lacrosse ball, baseball, or softball

Unconvential equipment: Hydroflask-type bottle, freeze a plastic water bottle, pvc pipe

Preferred equipment: VyperLink is external(Link is external) (Link opens in new window) vibrating foam roller, HypersphereLink is external(Link is external) (Link opens in new window) vibrating massage ball

Mobility Exercises - Hips & Low Back

Recommended equipment: None

Activation - Hips & Low Back

Recommended equipment: mini resistance band. You can also do all these exercises without equipment.
