Dragon Fruit Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup cubed and frozen dragon fruit
  • 1 cup cubed and frozen mango
  • 1 fresh banana
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk or soy milk
  • ½ cup frozen coconut chunks (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Add all ingredients into a food processor. Blend until smooth.
  2. Adjust sweetness if needed by adding up to 1 Tbs maple syrup.
  3. Serve immediately.
