Turmeric Eggs

Ingredients:
- 1 teaspoon ghee, butter, or oil of choice
- 4 eggs
- 2 teaspoons turmeric
- 1 tablespoon chopped cilantro for garnish (optional)
- White pita pocket or low-fiber bread of choice
Instructions:
- Heat ghee in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
- Add turmeric and sauté for about a minute.
- Add eggs to the pan and cook until over-hard or scramble until fully cooked.
- Garnish with cilantro (optional).
- Serve in lightly toasted pita bread.
