Turmeric Eggs

Ingredients:

  • 1 teaspoon ghee, butter, or oil of choice
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons turmeric
  • 1 tablespoon chopped cilantro for garnish (optional)
  • White pita pocket or low-fiber bread of choice

Instructions:

  1. Heat ghee in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
  2. Add turmeric and sauté for about a minute.
  3. Add eggs to the pan and cook until over-hard or scramble until fully cooked.
  4. Garnish with cilantro (optional).
  5. Serve in lightly toasted pita bread.
