Our performance training location in El Segundo is equipped to train athletes of all ages and sports, including football, basketball, volleyball, baseball, soccer, tennis, golf, hockey, track and field, and more. Exos in Los Angeles features a fully equipped and state-of-the-art performance training center, classroom setup for education, on-site dietitian nutrition specialist, outdoor turf, private bathrooms, and sports science areas. Our 2,500 square foot space is located within the UCLA Health Training Center – Home of the Los Angeles Lakers.

Who should attend:

All student-athletes headed into 5th-12th Grade.

Speed Clinics for Adult Athletes

Improve your lateral agility and rotational power and take your game to the next level. These sessions are geared towards racquet sport athletes and anyone who wants to improve their multidirectional movement mechanics:

Who should attend:

Adult athletes who play racquet sports or other sports that require agility and rotation.

Athletes should expect to be trained with the same focus and mentality that the professionals will experience in their setting. So come and work hard, have fun, and cultivate a positive environment with us!

Injury Recovery Program

Bounce back faster from your injury. Prevent re-injury and compensation injury. Our Exos performance specialists and dietitian can help guide you out of the rehab stage back to full performance and activity. Get tailored programs guided by a coach in a semi-private training session and receive 1-on-1 nutritional guidance. We can collaborate with your physical therapist or medical practitioner to facilitate a successful transition back to sports and physical activities.

UCLA Health Sports Performance powered by EXOS is a collaboration between two of the top organizations in the medical and sports performance fields. Our experts provide high-quality training, nutrition, and wellness support to athletes, teams, and clientsof all ages and abilities.

Weekday Summer Training Program

This summer, work with experts who have trained the world’s best athletes. Our Exos Performance Specialists will help you dial in your speed, strength, and power. Our Exos Performance Nutrition Specialist will help you get the most out of your body with nutrition.

Youth Training Program

5th-8th grade Athletes
60 minutes
15 maximum per class
Class Times: 1:45pm - 2:45pm

This program will establish athletic movement and strength foundations. This program is for athletes who are interested in learning how to train efficiently and effectively for their sport. All athletes who sign up for 4 weeks or more also get a performance nutrition education with our Exos Registered Dietititan.

High School Training Program

8th-12th Grade Athletes
75 minutes
12 maximum per class
Class Times: 8:30am - 9:45am, 5:00pm - 6:15pm

This program will sharpen athletic movement skills while developing strength, speed, and power. This program is for athletes who are serious about upgrading their physical performance for their sport. All athletes who sign up for 4 weeks or more also get a performance nutrition consultation with our Exos Registered Dietititan and performance assessment with our Exos Performance Specialist.

College Prep Training Program

10th-12th Grade + College Athletes
105 minute training sessions
9 maximum per class
Class Times: 10:00am - 11:45am, 4:00pm - 5:45pm

This program will prepare you for the demands of college athletics. This program is for current college athletes and college-bound high school athletes. You will train alongside current pro athletes to learn what it takes to succeed at the highest levels. All athletes who sign up for 4 weeks or more also get performance nutrition premium package with our Exos Registered Dietititan and performance consultation with our Exos Performance Specialist.

Tone up your entire body with these guided workouts. They can be done with traditional weights, or you can load up your backpack with books for a full body workout. Our EXOS Performance Specialists offer 3 - 30 minute sessions every Tuesday.

Core Training

Challenge your core and improve your stability. If you are feeling fatigued in your legs and arms, these classes will focus on your torso, from your hips to chest. Our EXOS Performance Specialists offer 3 - 30 minute sessions every Wednesday.

Ladder Strength

Increase your strength and stamina with ladder workouts. We will challenge your ability to rep it out with these quick and creative workouts. Our EXOS Performance Specialists offer 3 - 30 minute sessions every Thursday.
