Ingredients:
- ½ cup berries, frozen or fresh
- ½ cup pineapple chunks, fresh or frozen
- ¾ cup organic full-fat plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons ground flaxseed
- Ice and/or water to desired consistency
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Add ice and/or water to desired consistency.
