Easy Homemade Popsicles

Servings: 8
Ingredients:
- 2 cups fresh or frozen (thawed) berries (strawberries and blueberries work well)
- 1 cup vanilla Greek yogurt, or another flavor if preferred
- 3 Tbsp honey or maple syrup (add more or less depending on desired sweetness)
Instructions:
- In a blender, blend berries until pureed (add 1-2 Tbsp water if necessary)
- In a bowl, mix yogurt and honey or maple syrup
- Layer fruit mixture and yogurt mixture in a popsicle mold until mold is full. Insert popsicle sticks into each popsicle and freeze for 4 hours. When ready to eat, run the popsicle mold under warm (not hot) water for about 10 seconds to loosen the popsicle from the mold.
