Edamame Hummus
Ingredients:
- 12 oz shelled edamame (thaw if frozen)
- ¼ cup tahini
- ¼ cup sesame oil (toasted or regular)
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 4 cloves garlic
- ½ tsp salt
Instructions:
Add all ingredients to a food processor and process until smooth. If hummus seems too thick, add water, 1 tablespoon at a time, and blend until desired thickness is achieved.
