Edamame Hummus

Ingredients:

  • 12 oz shelled edamame (thaw if frozen)
  • ¼ cup tahini
  • ¼ cup sesame oil (toasted or regular)
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • ½ tsp salt

Instructions:

Add all ingredients to a food processor and process until smooth. If hummus seems too thick, add water, 1 tablespoon at a time, and blend until desired thickness is achieved.
