Korean Steamed Egg

Ingredients:
- 4-5 large eggs
- 1 chopped green onion
- 1 cup chicken broth or 1 cup water with 4 tsp fish sauce
- 2 tsp toasted sesame oil
- Pinch of salt
Instructions:
- Combine eggs, green onion, and chicken broth in a stainless steel saucepan or ceramic pot
- Mix well with fork or whisk
- Cover with domed lid or heat safe bowl that fits over the pot
- Set heat to medium-low and cook for 10-12 minutes, until steam escapes from pot
- Remove from heat and remove lid. Drizzle sesame oil over the eggs and serve immediately
