  • If needed submit a Support Services Request(Link is external) for Environmental Services pickup

Option 2: Order Pre-paid Office Depot Shipping Box

1. Contact your Department Buyer to Visit the Office Depot Website(Link is external) 
2. Department Buyer can Order a Free Cardboard Collection Box using Item Code: 650988
3. Once the Collection Box Arrives, Place Ink & Toner Cartridges into the Box
4. Ship via the Pre-paid Shipping Label Located in the Box

The Ink & Toner Cartridge Recycling Program accepts all brands of Ink & Toner Cartridges from all manufacturers

Office Depot has recycled  65 million ink & toner cartridges from the landfill since 2003. Office Depot recycles the ink & toner cartridges for reuse and recycles the cardboard boxes responsibly. Any products that are damaged and cannot be refilled for reuse are recycled.
